We're a small batch, family run distillery based in the beautiful Ripley Castle Estate in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. We're passionate about our products and the environment, which is why we strive to keep everything as local as possible. Most of our botanicals are grown in the 750 year old gardens within the Castle walls.
Our premium Harrogate Rum infuses triple distilled Sugar Cane Molasses, local Wildflower Honey, Cherries, Red Hibiscus Flower, Vanilla and is finished exclusively with Harrogate Water.Premium Harrogate Rum is perfect to sip neat, on ice or mixed with a tipple of your choice - we recommend Ginger Beer. We're also partial to a drop of our wonderful Rum in a coffee or to spice up a steaming mug of hot chocolate!This product may contain natural sediment and may become cloudy.Please enjoy your otterly marvellous tipple responsibly.
