From this, delicious ideas bloomed and the end result is an earthy, crisp, sophisticated gin from Leicestershire. • AROMAS •Crisp and fresh with piney eucalyptus and fragrant citrus. Very herby - 31 DOVER tasters enjoyed scents of rosemary, lavender, sage and thyme.
• FLAVOURS •Big, robust flavours with an initial hit of dry juniper followed by pine, eucalyptus and citrus. Spicy and floral notes in the background.
• FINISH •Long with Parma violet, pine and eucalyptus, with a warming, dry pepperiness.
