Dorothy Cuthbert's Classic Cake Gin Liqueur is inspired by my late Auntie Dot. An avid and talented creator of homemade cakes from her home in Yorkshire from the 1940's. An era of frugality and no frills, but became an expresson of home pride and highly prized baking.
We recreate her Parma Violet Cupcake recipe and infused with our hand distilled North Yorkshire 6 botanical ginof juniper, citrus and a touch of star anise.
