Bonac is exceptionally smooth on the palate, while notes of mint, cucumber and pear deliver a refreshing finish. Time spent on the east end of long island, an era affectionally known by locals as Bonac gave Gavin the inspiration to create this perfectly balanced Gin, expertly distilled and refreshingly individual.
