Payment is required with confirmation of your order. We do not offer a sale or return facility. Full payment is required upon receipt of order - unfortunately NO delivered order can be processed without full payment. Unpaid orders will not be despatched under any circumstances.

Goods are dispatched by national carrier who normally delivers them during working hours from Monday to Friday. Please make sure the person nominated to receive the goods is able to receive and sign for alcohol. A surcharge may be applied if a delivery is refused or cannot be completed. The order cannot be left without a valid signature.

We require orders to be placed 7 working days prior to your intended date to ensure we can process and deliver your order in time.

Claims for shortages must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of your goods. Please check all packages carefully and only sign for the number you receive. Do not wait until the day of your party before checking the contents.

Every effort is made to complete your order in full but should the need arise to make substitutions they will be of equal or greater value and we will contact you prior to shipping to advise.

Please note: some of our product supplied are close to or have reached their sell by date

No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.

Prices are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notification.

Where applicable the company complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We offer a seven day cancellation period from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer. In the event of cancellation the customer must notify The Ale Seller.com in writing to:

Alcoholic products are restricted goods and as such can only be returned to us by a specialised carrier. Upon receipt of written confirmation of cancellation The Ale Seller.com will notify the customer of how and when the goods are to be collected. In the event of cancellation a charge will levied to the customer for collection and will be retained from any refund given, as will the cost of delivery Please note: where free delivery offers are involved in a refund, The Ale Seller.com reserves the right to retain the actual cost of delivery by courier from the total refunded.

Refund Policy.

Refunds will be paid for items damaged in delivery, faulty or defective (your statutory rights are not effected) .

Please note that claims for incorrect items, breakages etc. can only be entertained when the problem is brought to our attention and the item is returned  to The Ale Seller.com for investigation, (unless we instruct you otherwise)

In addition, liability will not be accepted by The Ale Seller.com where Force Majeure is considered to have been a factor of failure. Non-exhaustive illustrations of such circumstances are adverse weather conditions, fire, floods, strikes, Government action or regulations, delays by suppliers/couriers, accidents, shortage of materials. Liability will not be accepted where the Company deems the products have not been used correctly or for the purpose for which they were intended

The Ale Seller.com undertakes to replace or refund the product where the goods have been deemed to be faulty, i.e manufacturing defect or damage caused prior to delivery. Where a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the sum will be paid in pounds sterling and refunded to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods.

All carriage costs are non refundable, including collection of returned goods.

Finally.

We hope all our products supplied are of the highest quality and are as described. We welcome your feedback, positive and negative.

All our prices, are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.

Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or over. Alcohol can only be sold to persons eighteen years of age or over, with no exceptions at all.

It is illegal to sell adult Alcohol to anyone under 18.

It is illegal for anyone under 18 to possess Alcohol in a public place.
